COLDRIDGE FETE 2026 UPDATE - April 2026
A message from our 2026 Fete Chair, Suzanne Taylor:-
"For those who were not able to attend the Fete Open Meeting, held on 10th April 2026 at the Village Hall, here is an update:
- It has been decided to open the Fete at 11am (the church bells will peal out from approx. 10.30am)
- The Crediton brass band will be playing two or three sessions during the day
- The dog show will have 7 classes plus Best in Show
- There will be a Bouncy castle and Assault Course for the children and a children’s entertainer and sweet stall plus the usual old-fashioned games
- There is also a children’s Penalty Shoot-Out in the main ring
- There will be the usual display of Vintage & Classic Tractors, Cars, Motorbikes & Stationary Engines and of course the parade in the main ring towards the end of the day.
- An obedience dog display in the main ring
- The usual selection of hot and cold food options and refreshments will be available throughout.
- A wide selection of Craft & Trade stalls including many local makers
- And of course Free parking in the field....Plus more….
We are always looking for volunteers so if you feel you can spare anytime to help us on the day or before/after please let us know.
It should be a fun packed day for all ages, we look forward to seeing everyone on the day".

Tickets for the 2026 Coldridge Fete & Vintage Rally Grand Prize Draw now on sale!
On behalf of the organisers of the Coldridge Fete & Vintage Rally, Flower Festival & Dog Show I am pleased to announce the launch of ticket sales for the 2026 Grand Prize Draw!
Priced at £1/ticket or £5 for a book of 5 you've a chance to win one of four great cash prizes or other prizes provided by donors from the Parish. Tickets can be purchased at upcoming Village Hall events or by contacting Marion Born (details below), the draw taking place on Fete Day, 27th June 2026.

**NEWS** 2026 Fete Open Meeting Announced
On behalf of the 2026 Coldridge Fete Committee I am pleased to share below details of the November Fete Open Meeting planned for Monday 17th November, 7.30pm in Coldridge Village Hall. Do come along to find out how preparations for the 2026 Coldridge Fete are progressing and help make a decision on the distribution of the 2026 fete's proceeds.
The committee look forward to seeing as many of our parishioners as possible on the night.

Thank-you to all who joined us at our Fete Open Meetings in March - your contributions and support is always appreciated.
As a result of that meeting, I am pleased to announce that the next Coldridge Fete, Vintage Rally, Flower Festival & Dog Show will be held from 11am on Saturday 27th June 2026 in the 'Fete Field', Coldridge, EX17 6AX.
Note 31 Jan: Please note the new start time of 11am in 2026
Preparations for this event are continuing, and any further fete related news or requests will be shared with the community through the Coldridge Calendar and via parish social media, including details of the next Open Meeting nearer the time.
