The meeting will start with an open session, when parishioners may raise matters of concern. Devon Communities Together will present preliminary findings of the Housing Needs Survey. A full set of papers is available here.

5.1 24/01033/MFUL: Hill Farm, erect dairy cattle shed. UPC raised no objection. Decision awaited
5.2 25/01266/FULL: House at 3 Crossways. 3rd revised app’n received, UPC no objection, decision awaited.
5.325/01366/FULL: Land at Stonebridge. Erect two self-build houses. UPC objected, decision awaited
5.4 26/00894 & 895/PNCOU: Whitnage Farm, convert barns Class Q application for information
5.5 26/00874/PNAG. Cover shed at Stagg Mill, for info.
5.6 Enforcement Case 25/00225/BRE, use of office as Air BNB. Repeat enquiry sent to enforcement officers. No reply.
