Thank you to our County and District Councillors

Brampford Speke Parish Council has been very fortunate to secure some locality funding from our District Councillors Nat Vanstone and Henry Gent.  Cllr Fabian King from East Devon District Council has also been a great help with navigating through the application process and giving his support to the funding.  The Parish Council have used the funding for the following:

One of the benches in the village had been broken and could not be mended.  The new bench is made from recycled plastic and is therefore is very durable. It also negates the need for costly maintenance costs in the future.

The heated cabinet on the defibrillator was found to be faulty and this has been replaced just in time for the winter months.

And finally our noticeboard was looking tired and worn.  This has been refurbished and given a new coat of paint and is looking brand new.
