Agenda for the Annual General Meeting of Stoodleigh Parish Council, to be held on Tuesday 05 May 2026 at 7.00pm to be immediately followed by a Parish Council Meeting at Stoodleigh Village Hall

A member of the District Council can be available to discuss any individual issues before the meeting. Please book an appointment with the Clerk stoodleighp@gmail.com or 01884 259624, by no later than 12.00 noon Friday 01 May 2026 if you wish to speak to a District Councillor.

Planning – to agree the format for dealing with applications and reporting to MDDC

Personnel – to agree the format for dealing with any issues arising

Finance – to confirm signatories, method of dealing with invoices and Councillor involvement.  Possibility of using online banking.
