2. Declarations of Interest – a reminder to councillors to declare any personal or pecuniary interest in any items on the agenda

3. Minutes of the Meeting held on May 29th 2024 to be approved

4. The Chairman’s Report 2024/5

5. Reports from Local Organisations including -:

The Cricket Club

The Parish Hall Committee

The Garden Club and Swap Box

The Church Warden

The Parish Website

Trustees of the Stoodleigh Inn

6. Open Forum – an opportunity for members of the public to debate any current issue, time limited. The Parish Council has come up with the following suggestions -:

a) Enthusiasm to hold a Village Fun Day/Dog Show. Volunteers needed!

b) Result of the meeting with Highways and establishing the priority for repairs.

c) Snow Warden and Road Warden situation

d) Broadband and Digital Voice

e) The Parish Plan

f) Evaluate the District Council Surgery (held 6.30 -7.00pm before the bi monthly Parish Council Meeting). Should this offer of a confidential discussion continue?
