Councillors: you are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Oakford Parish Council to be held in the Committee Room at Oakford Village Hall at 7.30pm on Monday 12th January 2026 for the purpose of transacting the following business.
Members of the public and press are invited to attend the meeting.
AGENDA

Public Forum
an opportunity for members of the public to make representations, answer questions and give evidence in respect of any item of business on the agenda, or any matter of interest to the parish. No member of the public will speak for more than 3 minutes. The period of time designated for public participation shall not exceed 15 minutes.

25/01655/PNAG Prior approval for the erection of an agricultural storage building. Location: Land at NGR 391808 121862 Hamslade Farm, Oakford. Decision: development acceptance.
