Councillors: you are hereby summoned to attend the Annual Meeting of Oakford Parish Council, to be held in the Committee Room at Oakford Village Hall at 7.30pm on Monday 12th May 2025 for the purpose of transacting the following business.
Members of the public and press are invited to attend the meeting.
AGENDA
Election of Officers:
a) Chair – the elected chair to sign an Acceptance of Office Form
b) Vice-chair
To receive apologies for absence.
Declarations of Interest:
In accordance with the Code of Conduct, members are required to declare any personal or disclosable pecuniary interests, in items to be considered at this meeting.
Public Forum:
an opportunity for members of the public to make representations, answer questions and give evidence in respect of any item of business on the agenda, or any matter of interest to the parish. No member of the public will speak for more than 3 minutes. The period of time designated for public participation shall not exceed 15 minutes.
To agree the minutes of the meeting held on 14th April 2025 as an accurate record of the meeting.

f) Update on the possibilities of creating a footpath from the Village Hall car park to the Community Area.
