Parish Council Agenda: March 2025

Councillors: you are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Oakford Parish Council, to be held in the Committee Room at Oakford Village Hall at 7.30pm on Monday 10^th March 2025 for the purpose of transacting the following business.

Members of the public and press are invited to attend the meeting.

AGENDA

To receive apologies for absence.

In accordance with the Code of Conduct, members are required to declare any personal or disclosable pecuniary interests, in items to be considered at this meeting.

Public Forum:

an opportunity for members of the public to make representations, answer questions and give evidence in respect of any item of business on the agenda, or any matter of interest to the parish. No member of the public will speak for more than 3 minutes. The period of time designated for public participation shall not exceed 15 minutes.

25/00063/PNAG Prior Notification for the erection of roof to provide covered yard.

Location: Land at NGR 287478 122018 South Esworthy Farm, Oakford. Decision: no prior approval needed.

Update on the possibilities of creating a footpath from the Village Hall car park to the Community Area.

Defibrillator – to consider the report from Cllr Baylis and decide how to proceed.
