GOV.UK - Further easing of Covid restrictions confirmed for England from 12 April
During Monday evening's Government COVID-19 briefing, the Prime Minister confirmed that the next stage of COVID restriction unlocking will go ahead (as planned) on Monday 12th April.

GOV.UK - Twice weekly rapid testing to be available to everyone in England from 9th April
The Government has announced that everyone in England will be able to access free, regular, rapid coronavirus testing from 9 April - extending access across the population. The lateral flow test kits, which can provide test results in around 30 minutes without the need of a laboratory, will be available for free at COVID-19 testing sites, pharmacies and through the post.
Further information on how to order test kits for postage will be added in due course.

'Connect Me' - A plea to respect each other, getting help if you need it over Easter and a thank you to those who care

This week's edition of Connect Me shines a light on the upcoming Easter weekend, reminding us to remember where we are on the unlocking roadmap and to be respectful to those around us during what would (in other circumstances) typically be the first major holiday weekend of the year.
There's also advice and reminders about local services available (i.e. accessing NHS services & testing over the Easter period) and links to special under 18s holiday-time activities being planned across the county.
