Risk Assessment for meetings

The Parish Council has agreed to meet in Hockworthy Village Hall 

Remote meetings are not possible as many councillors do not have access to reliable broadband facilities

The village hall has not been used in the previous 72 hours, and will not be used for 72 hours after the meeting.

Each councillor to provide their own hand sanitiser, and use it before entering the hall, and on leaving.

Chairs will be placed at 2 metre distance

Social distancing to be maintained by each person attending the meeting

Members of the public are asked to inform the Parish Clerk if they wish to attend the meeting, so that numbers expected are known.

The kitchen will not be used.
